Press Room On February 23, 2010, Steele Sturm PLLC obtained a contempt order for our client Amerex against its competitor, Choice! Energy. The Court's prior permanent injunction prevented Choice! from hiring Amerex employees who had a noncompete clause. The Court found Choice! in contempt for hiring 3 former Amerex employees and prevented Choice! from continuing to employ them for the duration.
