Press Room At the 14th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference, sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law on May 17-18, Howard Steele presented the paper: The Long Walk into the Desert: Oasis or Mirage?  The paper was co-authored by Ravi Sandill, one of the firm's talented associates.  The paper addressed the complex and uncertain nature of mixed-motive discrimination cases in Texas state and federal courts.
