Press Room At the 16th Annual Labor and Employment Law Conference, sponsored by the University of Texas School of Law on May 28-29, Howard Steele presented a seminar detailing the various common law claims that are raised in trade secret/non-compete litigation.  The seminar also focused on the brand new Texas Supreme Court decision in Mann Frankfort Stein & Lipp Advisors, Inc. v. Fielding, 52 Tex. Sup. J. 616 (Tex. April 17, 2009), which corporate employers have argued severely erodes the requirements for enforceability of non-compete agreements in Texas. Share
