Biography
Mo Taherzadeh focuses on civil litigation, appeals, and arbitrations. He represents both businesses and individuals in federal and state court litigation and arbitrations involving federal and state statutes, common law claims, professional malpractice claims, and other aspects of commercial litigation/arbitration and appeals. He also handles employment law matters, including claims of breach of covenants not to compete and trade secret misappropriation, and Title VII claims, among others. As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Taherzadeh represented a Venezuelan national seeking political asylum. After the Immigration Judge denied the request, Mr. Taherzadeh appealed the decision to the Board of Immigration Appeals, which reversed and rendered a decision granting asylum.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Taherzadeh practiced at a nationally recognized litigation boutique in Houston, Texas, and an international law firm. Before that, he served as briefing attorney to Justice Sam Nuchia, at the Court of Appeals for the First District of Texas in Houston, Texas.
