BIOGRAPHY
Victor studied Economics at Rice University, where he graduated in 2004. He went to law school at the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Senior Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Labor & Employment Law. He is the author of "Teenage Employment Emancipation and the Law” which was published in Volume 9 of the journal. He was elected Secretary of The Federalist Society’s Penn Law chapter. Victor also has a Certificate of Study in Business and Public Policy from the Wharton Business School.
In the summer of 2006, Victor served as a civilian law clerk at the U.S. Navy JAG Corps headquarters in Washington, D.C. He joined Steele Sturm after graduating from law school. He volunteers with Cathedral Justice Project, a pro bono effort assisting low-income clients in Houston.
